Released in 2019, Teesom boasts live integration with Alpha Broder, SanMar and S&S Activewear.

Teesom supports Google Drive Integration, which means you can upload, store and link your large artwork files on Google Drive. Then use Google Backup And Sync to edit files from anywhere without having to download and upload the files again.

Teesom integrates with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

Because Teesom is cloud based, customers can make online payments using Square or Gravity Payments at the time of placing the order or at any other time without any intervention from your side.

Teesom also includes unlimited Online Artwork Approvals in it’s monthly subscription fee.

Advanced Inventory control is included in all packages of Teesom. The Inventory Module can be used to track inventory across multiple warehouses and to swap catalog items at the time of purchasing.

For Example: You can sell  1200 X G200 shirts from Alpha Broder and purchase half from Alpha Broder and the other half as the 2000 from SanMar. Teesom knows they are exactly the same shirts.

Teesom has a no limits approach to help you succeed.

FastManager is our affordable desktop application, which means  all your data stays on your server.

FastManager data is stored in MS Access or MS SQL depending on the size of your company.

Released in 2002, FastManager boasts live integration with Alpha Broder and SanMar

FastManager integrates with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

Process credit cards in real time from FastManager. This way the money goes to your bank and the customer’s balance is updated, all at the same time.

FastManager tracks detailed imprint information such as imprint colors, sequence, ink type, mesh counts, thread type etc. 

Inventory control is included in FastManager’s PRO version.

Additionally FastManager, also has UPS integration.

Advanced Auto Scheduling is included in FastManager’s PREMIER version. Auto Scheduling allows you to split a job into different tasks for different departments. FastManager will also calculate the run time of a job and select the best machine to run a job on. For example: If you have a large order with a low number of stitches FastManager will know that the 4 head machine can out perform your 12 head machine, because hooping 12 items takes longer than the machine’s run time on let’s say 800 stitches.

Whether you use Printavo, Inksoft, Deconet or any other competitor’s software you should have the ability to export most of your data in CSV format and then we can advise from there.

Teesom vs. Printavo vs. FastManager; Teesom and FastManager fundamentally differs, from Printavo, in the way we capture orders.

Most of our ex Printavo customers already had their data exported to QuickBooks and we were able to import their customer information directly from QuickBooks.

Unfortunately we are unable to import any of your order history or invoices.

You need both!

We believe having great accounting software is a must, but they are designed in a generic way and do not cater for the apparel decorating industry’s unique needs.

Features like custom pricing matrices or the ability to build the imprint price into the garment but keeping track of separate costs in the background is not available in any other software.

Our included major vendor catalogs and live integration will save your hours of time. If you use QuickBooks, for example, you would need to create hundreds of thousands of product codes manually and you would still not have the time saving features that you get in Teesom or FastManager.

Teesom and FastManager integrates with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), so you can use Teesom or FastManager as your front end and still use QuickBooks to generate the necessary accounting information that your accountant will require and generate important reports to gauge the health of your business, such as Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheet, Tax Reports, Accounts Payable, etc.
